I’m dedicated to supporting others on their path to healing and self-discovery, particularly during life’s most challenging moments. As a certified eating disorder specialist and perinatal mental health professional, I believe deeply in the possibility of full recovery and the importance of feeling connected and validated during major life transitions. My own experiences with body image, fertility and becoming a new mother have given me a deep sense of empathy and a strong commitment to helping others find their own path to healing.

My practice is rooted in a relational approach built on mutual respect, where we explore patterns, build tools for change, and work together to create meaningful shifts. I integrate components of CBT, DBT, and mindfulness to provide personalized support tailored to your needs. It’s an honor to be part of my clients’ journeys toward greater balance, connection, and well-being.
